Boxing training involves all muscle groups of the human body, with an intense workout involving endurance, strength, speed and power, both in the upper and lower body, and especially in the abdominal region. The development of explosive force and the intermittent characteristics of high-intensity training (three minutes of workout followed by one of rest, just like the times set for a boxing fight) are an ideal combination for strengthening muscles and fat loss.

One of the great advantages of Female Boxing and the reason why it is the sport of choice for so many top models and actresses, is that it does not broaden your figure. We have special “Junior Boxing” classes for boys and girls aged 12 to 16, and this is a highly beneficial type of training for them as it helps to channel energy and negative emotions, strengthen their body and they acquire discipline, gain confidence and self-esteem, helping them to avoid becoming overweight in future, they get accustomed to practising sport in a fun and demanding atmosphere… and it gets them away from their phones and other gadgets for at least an hour!
